Grandma Vicki!!

So in all fairness, it's not JUST Grandma Vicki that comes every year to see us... but that's what the kids say so that's what I say too. :)  Vicki, Marion and Katie all came from North Dakota again this year and we had SO MUCH FUN!! We LOVE LOVE LOVE it when they come out to visit and they never stay long enough to get everything we had planned in, but that's ok. Every time we get together with them or with Bryson's birthmom Heidi, I am amazed at the love they have for my children and I am again grateful for open adoption. We truly love our birth families!

As always they brought a suitcase full of goodies for the kids!! They surprised them with all kinds of drawing paper, coloring books, crayons and colored pencils. They got Grand Forks baseball shirts and Kendal got a new stuffed dog that she loves!

I don't think I held Kendal for the whole 4 days they were here! She was passed from person to person and loved every minute of it!

We decided to show them our AWESOME trampoline park. It was so fun to watch them bounce and have fun with Aunt Katie! There weren't too many people there so Kendal got to do a little bouncing herself.

Then of course we had to go to Bear Lake. It's kind of our tradition! We didn't stay quite as long this time... Kendal was a bit of a concern... but we enjoyed a couple of hours and then hit the Hometown Drive In for some burgers, fries and most importantly, SHAKES!
