So, I hate zucchini bread. Like, a lot. But Ty loves it and we got our first zucchini a few days ago and his request was zucchini bread. With chocolate chips. Just like his mom makes. Well, I did 2 out of three. I did the bread with chocolate chips but got on the Our Best Bites webiste and found a recipe becuase I use them for all my recipes now. :)  Don't tell Ty. And, I have to say... I actually liked the bread! If you don't have a tried and try recipe, and even if you do, try this one!!
