They say that the days go by slowly but the years go by fast and I couldn't agree more! Some days I feel like a tired, frazzled mom and the day seems to last forever. But then on days like this it seems to fly by! I can't believe that Kendal is already 2. It seems like just yesterday we were in Las Vegas with a brand new baby!
Kendal, we love you so so much! You light up our lives with your smile, laugh and sweet personality. You are so very happy which rubs off on all of us and makes our home better. You love to play dress up and dolls and you love to go and get books off the shelf and bring them to me so that we can sit on the couch and read together. You talk SO much! You are our little parrot copying everything that we say. You love to play with Maddie and her friends. When they are in your room with the door shut you love to go and knock and say "Maddie, open the door!" It's the cutest thing ever!
You love Dad SO SO much! You love to run to him when he comes home from work and you love to give him high fives, knuckles, elbows and kisses before he leaves.
We can't imagine our lives without you and we count our blessings everyday that you came to our family. We are so thankful for Eve and Cody and the choice that they made to place you in our home. They are very courageous and we love them so much!
We went to Grandmas house to celebrate with them!
She gave you some of your very own fruit snacks and your very own backpack filled with paper and crayons!
Nana sent this fun dress up complete with skirt, wand, tiara and fairy wings!
Mom made a red velvet cake which was a big hit. :)
