So. We really did have our Turkey Day out on my grandma's lawn. Everyone here in Logan laughed when I told them that's what we always did! But, it was 85 degrees and GORGEOUS in Mesa! How could we not take advantage of the shorts-and-teeshirts weather??
We had so much fun with my family! My parents live on the same street as the Mesa Temple so we went there quite a bit to walk around. The lights turn on down there the day after Thanksgiving so that was fun to go see. Bryson was in awe when they turned them on! He just sat there staring at all the lights!
We went out to a place called Schnepf Farms while we were there. My cousin Carrie and her husband own a farm in Queen Creek, AZ and have turned it into quite the business. There is an awesome train that goes thru the whole farm as well as a petting zoo, playground, hay ride, carousal and restaurant! Bry loved all of it. In the petting zoo there was food to feed the goats. As we went into the pen Bry threw some food to the goats and within seconds all the goats had surrounded him trying to get food! It was quite the site since the goats were actually bigger than Bryson! The carausal ride was really fun but I think that Bry liked the train the best. What a fun day! I hope that we have some more pics to put up here soon. My dad took lots and lots of pictures that day and hopefully he'll send some to me soon... hint, hint Dad!! :) We love you Nana and Poppy! Thanks so much for the fun weekend and we'll see you soon!

It looks like you had so much fun! I miss Arizona and the Mesa Temple lights. It has been ages since I have been back. The farm sounds like it is a blast. The same thing happened with my kids and goats, Noelle has been afraid of Goats ever since. He looks like he had a great time. Did you drive down?
Love your cute background!! Nice work. Thanks for all your help with mine. You are amazing.
